A rice cooker without adding a drop of water for char siu
Usually, our family's pork belly is either braised or stir-fried, and we are tired of eating those few things. I thought of using a rice cooker to make a honey barbecued pork, and I was really dazzling. The sauce is rich, fat but not greasy, which is much better than braised rice, and even the boss of my family who doesn't like meat praises it for being delicious. This plate of roast meat outside the shop will sell for at least about 40 yuan, make it yourself, and you can get it for 20 yuan. I can achieve the freedom of barbecued pork at home, and now my family eats it twice a week, especially for children, who will miss it every few days if they don't eat it. Today I also share this recipe, friends who like meat can try it. It's super easy.
