Black sesame filling (moon cake, egg yolk crisp)
The day before yesterday, I posted a few videos of making black sesame filling, and then I was urged by a large group of friends to write a recipe...... Black sesame seeds are a food that is used for both medicine and food, with the effect of nourishing the liver and kidneys, benefiting sperm and blood, and moistening the intestines; Black sesame seeds mainly contain fatty acids: oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachicotic acid, etc. According to modern medical research, black sesame seeds have the effects of anti-liver damage, regulating blood lipids, lowering blood sugar and blood pressure.

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Wash the red beans and soak them overnight~
-
Add an appropriate amount of water and cook until crispy;
If the beans don't have time to soak, it's okay to cook them for a while.
Add peanut oil and maltose while hot and mix well~ -
The black sesame seeds are stir-fried, let cool, and poured into the wall breaker with caster sugar.
-
I use the silent wall breaker of the rice kitchen, and use the H file to beat the black sesame seeds and caster sugar into powder~
-
Pour in red beans and an appropriate amount of soup, add the amount of water until you can beat it, if you add too much at once, don't blame me for not reminding me when the stuffing collapses.
-
Beat it into a delicate sesame paste with H file~
-
Pour into a non-stick pan, boil slowly over medium-low heat, and stir constantly with a spatula to prevent the bottom from sticking to the pan~
-
Stir-fry until the sesame filling is relatively dry, put it in a container, cover with plastic wrap, let cool and refrigerate for later use.
The finished product is about 860g~ -
This is the state after cooling~
If you have any questions during the production, you can come to me with a scarf or prestige, and there is a link on my homepage~
