Butter mushrooms (late-night canteen version)
This is a dish I learned from a Japanese drama late-night cafeteria. Simply delicious.
Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Remove the roots of crab mushrooms and white mushrooms and wash them. In order to get the closest version to a late-night cafeteria, we chose slender mushrooms. In fact, other mushrooms are also available.
-
Heat a frying pan and add the butter to melt. Add the garlic and stir until the garlic aroma comes out.
-
Add mushrooms and stir-fry to remove water. Wait until the juice is thickened you can add salt, white pepper.
-
In order not to affect the color of the dish. I chose white pepper, but black pepper will work as well.
-
Sprinkle with a little chopped green onion before serving to enhance the appearance. This version basically restores the practice of the Japanese drama late-night canteen.
