The butter is softened at room temperature in advance. -
Pour the flour into a large bowl, add salt, sugar.

Melt the butter at room temperature and cut into small pieces. Then rub the butter and flour together by hand.

After mixing well with a spatula, you can knead it directly with your hands, remember to wear gloves, and knead it twice to make it smooth as in the picture.

Add the ham sausage, meat floss and chives directly.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

On the second day, after refrigerating in the morning, take it out and roll it out into a round sheet about three centimeters thick.

Divide into 8 portions with a spatula.

Put it in a baking dish, the baking sheet is non-stick, there is no lint paper, if it is not a non-stick baking sheet, remember to put on the grease paper to prevent sticking.

Gently brush with the egg mixture, this egg mixture can be used whole egg liquid, or you can use egg yolk with a little water, this egg liquid is not in the ingredient list, it is a separate egg.

Put it in a well-preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20~25 minutes.
If the surface color is heavier, you can appropriately lower the heat. The temperature time is adjusted according to the actual oven of each oven. -
