Molds can be hamburger molds, drum molds, muffin molds or soufflé baking bowls. The inside of the mold is oiled for easy demoulding. Preheat oven to 180C/350F.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another large bowl, beat the softened butter at room temperature with an electric whisk until smooth, add caster sugar and beat until fluffy and light, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beat evenly and add another one, and finally add the vanilla paste and beat evenly.

Pour the batter into the mold, not over, and leave some space. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, adjust the time according to your own oven, insert it with a barbecue needle and pull it out, and if there is no paste on the needle, it is baked.

Put the cake on the shelf and cool for about 10 minutes before demoulding, you can use a knife to draw a circle along the mold for easy demoulding.

Cut the cake in the middle, spread the cream on the bottom half and the jam on the top half. If you want to whip the cream, you can use a piping bag to help with a piping bag and fill it up in the middle by lining it along the edges.
