Fat loss snacks! Crispy roasted chickpeas
Watching dramas and movies, I always want to eat something, but I'm afraid of growing meat, so I roast chickpeas! This little thing is high in protein, high in dietary fiber, strong satiety, delicious and not hot~
Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Soak the dried chickpeas in the morning and soak them all day
-
In the evening, drain
and dry as much as possible with kitchen paper, then put it in a plastic bag and freeze it in the refrigerator overnight. -
Why freeze it?
Because after soaking in water, the water in the beans freezes, and the internal structure becomes loose, making it more crispy when roasted. -
The next morning, slowly pour out the chickpeas without ice ballast in the baking dish.
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
in the oven with a hot air function, and don't forget to turn on the fan. -
After 20 minutes, the chickpeas are dry and ripe, but not crispy.
Take out the oil spray, sprinkle salt and black pepper
oil spray can, and spray 1 gram with 1 spray, 2-3 sprays are enough -
Bake at 180 degrees for another 15-20 minutes
, taste one, and when it has a crispy feeling, you can take it out.
(If it is not crispy, continue to add time for 5 minutes and 5 minutes until crispy) -
When
it's completely cool, it's crunchy
, and you can hear it from afar! -
Of course, you can use an air fryer to do
the same temperature and shorten the time.
However, since the air fryer has no primer, it needs to be turned over 2-3 times halfway to ensure the uniformity of heating~
