"Fragrant" 10-minute breakfast omelet

The handle of the Chinese breakfast shop! Omelette! It is a popular street food that exists in both the North and the South! Omelets are pancakes made with batter, egg mixture, chopped green onions and sesame seeds, cooked and brushed with a layer of sweet sauce, topped with vegetables, fried meat or ham sausages, and then rolled them all up, it tastes super hearty and beautiful! - The omelet is easy to make and only takes 10 minutes. With flour, add a pinch of salt and water and stir into a runny batter. Then turn the pan around, knock an egg on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions and black sesame seeds. Brush it with sweet noodle sauce or oyster sauce and top with any toppings you like. The hot omelet was tender and full of the aroma of eggs and green onions, and with the sweet and savory sauce, it was a very delicious breakfast! -The best condiment to omelets is sweet noodle sauce. It is usually made from fermented soybeans and has a sweet taste. I like to call it [Jingpai bean paste], and it is also the standard sauce for roast duck and shredded pork in Kyoto sauce. So it's really nice to have it in the freezer, and if not, you can substitute it with oyster sauce. If you want a little spicy, add a small amount of garlic chili sauce. - Usually, we eat omelets straight away, perhaps with soy milk. But you can also elevate it with other ingredients. For example, lettuce, shredded cucumber, bacon... I found the crispy texture of lettuce to go well with it, complementing the texture and color, and the flavor and sauce were delicious. - The batter should be thin, but not too thin. It is recommended to use the gram weighing according to the recipe and the results will be satisfactory. But if not, you can simply mix the batter by feeling. This is a very forgiving recipe. Making omelets (or making your own breakfast for the family) is meant to be relaxing and fun! {1 teaspoon = 5ml} {1 tablespoon = 15ml}:-D
