in addition to using pepper, five-spice powder, pepper and salt powder, these conventional spices, I also added some McCormick thirteen flavor sauce (not advertising ), because this sauce is a compound flavor, the fragrance is very strong, ginger, garlic, these are available, put in the ribs to enhance the taste, If you don't have it, prepare some green onions, ginger, garlic and marinated spices, and add some seasonings to enhance the flavor and freshness~ -
Marinate for more than 4 hours after mixing well~
