Somen noodles are hard to come by in Japan, so I use somen noodles (ãããã) instead. Although the taste and texture are different, there are thin and fluffy noodles that you can eat, and it is very satisfying. -
Step 2: Cook the noodles.
Prepare a pot of water, bring to a boil and cook the noodles until cooked.

Step 3: Adjust the sauce.
Taking advantage of the spare time during the cooking period, put chopped green onions, pour light soy sauce, dripping sesame oil, and sprinkle black pepper in a bowl.
Be careful not to pour too much soy sauce, it will be very salty if you pour too much, even if you don't put salt!
Depending on personal preference, it's okay to add a little more chopped green onion and pepper, but soy sauce and sesame oil are best used in a controlled amount for taste and health reasons. -
Step 4: Remove from the pan.
