High-fiber, low-calorie fast breakfast/overnight cocoa oatmeal yogurt cup

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Mix cereal, sugar, chia seeds, psyllium husk flour
-
Spread the bottom layer with the cereal mixture, pour in the milk and the cereal flush
-
Spread with a layer of yogurt. I used truthful yogurt with a little erythritol and a pinch of salt to taste.
-
Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder, and if you think the cocoa powder is too bitter, you can sprinkle some sugar.
-
And so on. Pour milk once on a layer of cereal, spread a layer of yogurt, and sprinkle with a layer of cocoa powder. Stack until your container is full. Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder on top at the end.
-
Refrigerate overnight.
-
You can eat it the next morning (â⢠ÌÏâ¢Ì )â§
-
Dig a spoonful ~ The cereal has already absorbed enough water, so it won't be too wet overall. It's very similar to the texture of cocoa yogurt cake!
-
I made a cup of calories as shown in the picture!
