Homemade beef jerky (oven air fryer)
Many scenic spots in Yunnan have beef jerky for sale, they call it beef ganba, except for it is very expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. Every time I come back from a trip, I have to make beef jerky, which is cheap and delicious.

Cut the beef into thick strips,
either in line or against the grain.
I don't want the white fascia, and
I can't bite it even when it's cooked. -
Soak the cut beef in water, change the
water a few times, and it
can be roughly clear. -
Add all the seasonings from the above ingredient list,
stir well, and put them in the refrigerator.
The longer the marinating time, the more flavorful it is, and
generally two hours is enough.
If you like the spicy taste, you can add paprika. -
If you want to bake out a better color,
you can drop a few drops of old soy sauce. -
Arrange neatly on the baking sheet, and
it will shrink when it dries,
so the density point is fine. -
Turn on the oven on a cycle at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, and
when the time comes, taste it and
continue at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
If you use an air fryer, reduce the
time and open it halfway to avoid baking. -
Eat while roasting, there
are not many finished products roasted from 1 pound of beef. -
