Homemade dates
Do you know where dates come from? I always thought it was like this on the tree, one of the varieties of jujube. I didn't know until some time ago that it was boiled with sugar (forgive my ignorance). So I decided to make it myself and try it.
Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Wash the crispy dates and mark them with a needle. Easy to taste
-
Wash the crispy dates and boil them in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft
-
1500ml of water, add 500 grams of sugar, then add dates. Cook over medium heat. About 30 minutes or so, depending on the sugar juice, do not turn it during the boiling period, let it cook naturally, otherwise it is easy to break the dates.
-
It's okay to bubble up like this.
-
Then take them all out and dry them one by one. Then you can eat it. Sweet too
