Homemade sushi radish
Make some sushi radish and eat sushi, and make it yourself more assured!

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Peel a white radish and wash it (I have most of it, leftover a few days ago, that's why I did this)
-
Cut the white radish into long strips (there are a few small ones because of the length of my sealed box, I can only cut out a little on both sides of the white radish, don't waste it, it doesn't matter if you eat the shape yourself)
-
Add two tablespoons of salt and marinate for one hour to bring out excess water
-
Prepare 5-6 gardenias, finely chopped to bring out the color
-
Put 250ml of water in the pot, 60 grams of sugar (I use sugar substitutes), add gardenias, boil...
-
After boiling, continue to cook for 5 minutes, wait for the gardenia to be excellent, let cool and set aside
-
After cooling, it is almost an hour, add 60ml of white vinegar
-
Pour out the water from the radish and squeeze out the excess
-
The gardenia water is sifted into the white radish
-
The water is submerged over the white radish
-
Put it in the refrigerator for 3 days and wait...
-
The sweet and sour crispy radish is ready...
