"Huge Giant Delicious" Banana Cocoa Shake |

I have a girlfriend who has been working out and once shared with me half a homemade milkshake, although I am not working out and I don't exercise regularly, but it didn't stop me from falling in love with this healthy & refreshing dessert/drink right away! They're so simple and delicious that they provide quick energy, restoration, and a satisfying appetite for a dessert-like sense of well-being. The one shared today is very amazing!! Banana and cocoa are a perfect pairing. I didn't add any sweeteners because the ripe bananas already had enough sweetness. There are many ways to tweak this recipe. For example, if you want something thicker and sweeter, you can add 1 more banana; You can also add 1 tablespoon of rolled oats or 1 teaspoon of chia seeds for added consistency and fiber. :-D Now, whenever I can't finish my extra overripe bananas, in addition to using them to make banana bread, I can also freeze them and make milkshakes~ I hope you like it, :-D [1 cup = 240ml, 1 tablespoon = 15ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml]

*It can be used directly, but frozen bananas can add a cream-like texture and a light creamy flavor when frozen.

  5. You can also half a cup of milk + half a cup of brewed coffee, so it is a mocha flavor~
