First, let's introduce how to make a fresh orange (tangerine) sandwich.
I use white toast, so I don't have to cut off the sides of the toast.
Spread a sheet of plastic wrap. Remove a slice of toast and coat with a layer of whipping cream.
Place the orange on one of the diagonal sides of the toast slice.

It's important to remember the direction in which you are cutting the sandwich (use a knife to cut the orange, green grapes and kiwi crosswise) and don't cut in the wrong direction!

In step 8, top the whipping cream with a sheet of toast.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Turn the sandwich over so that the plastic wrap is neatly side up. Use colored pencils to mark the direction of the cut. Refrigerate (see step 9)
