Lazy Microwave Edition - A bowl of egg custard/steamed eggs! (Done in 5 minutes)
I often be lazy to microwave foods (microwave omelette, microwave rice, microwave mashed potatoes, microwave steamed vegetables...). So ... I found it super convenient to make egg custard in the microwave!! I do it a lot in my family... It's simply a lazy man's gospel, Ψ( ̄∀ ̄)Ψ The amount of the following recipe is a bowl of egg custard
Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Prepare 2 eggs, a bowl, boiling water
like salty, prepare soy sauce and sesame oil / sesame oil
like sweet, prepare honey -
Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat the egg mixture with a spoon, chopsticks or fork
-
Prepare the boiling water before, let it cool to about 80-90 degrees (in fact, basically you are almost the same after beating the eggs)
pour hot water into the egg liquid, stir while pouring in, the amount of hot water poured into the egg liquid is 1:1
If you are not sure, take another bowl of the same and pour in hot water until the amount of hot water and the bowl of egg liquid is the same, and then pour it into the egg liquid.
Next, stir to combine!!
(The video is demonstrated by my subject) -
If there is any excess foam in the whipped egg mixture
, you can gently scoop it out with a spoon -
Put the bowl with the egg liquid in the microwave, cover it with a lid (microwave oven available) or take a plate upside down
and then just heat it for 40 seconds~~~
If your microwave oven is not high, look at the situation after 40 seconds, and heat it for a while, it is recommended to heat it a little more times (such as adding another 20 seconds, take it out and add another 20 seconds...)
I use a Panasonic microwave oven, 1200w, 10 levels of power (highest power)
microwave oven with insufficient power, please add time as appropriate, it is recommended to heat a small amount many times, do not heat it for too long at one time, it is easy to overflow -
Finally,
if you like salty, add a small spoon of soy sauce and a small spoon of sesame oil to the finished product~
If you like sweet, add honey~
Start eating!
