The difficulty of this platter lies in the way the apples are cut. Professional chefs are slower to cut, and I came up with a layman's method. The text doesn't know how to describe it. If someone looks at it, I'll take a picture of it.

I found the only ugly apple left in the house and patted it for a cut. When making it, everyone tried to choose large and round apples to make the wings and neck of the phoenix.

Cut off a piece of apple with a vertical knife to make phoenix wings. How big you want to cut depends on the size of the plate, and the maximum should not be cut to the core of the apple.

Begin to prepare to cut the wings. Take a piece of apple, and in order to prevent cutting, you can put two toothpicks on top and bottom, so that when you cut it, you will not cut it in two.

Start slicing. Pay attention to the knife to be steady, not crooked, and not to cut off. The thickness of the sheet is about four millimeters, so it should not be too thin.

Once chopped, turn the apple over and cut the other side.
