Small barbecue for supper: potato rolls and sausages
Summer is the season for barbecue and beer, so today I will share a small barbecue that can be easily made at home: potato roll sausage. Small grilled sausages with roasted and fragrant potato chips, and sprinkled with a layer of barbecue ingredients, crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside, both adults and children will love to eat it!

This time the potato roll sausages are still made with our old friend, the chef's steam oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes with the air frying function.
If you don't have an oven with an air fryer function, you can also use an air fryer or oven. -
To prepare the required ingredients, I used 5 small packets of Taiwanese grilled sausages, a total of 30 pieces. The barbecue ingredients can be selected according to your taste, spicy or non-spicy. Less than one potato was used for 30 small grilled sausages.

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices 1~2 mm thick.

Rinse the starch on the lower surface of the potato slices with water, then put them in a bowl, add a spoonful of salt and an appropriate amount of water, soak the potato slices in salt water for 5 minutes, and the potato slices will become soft after soaking in salt water, which is better for the next operation.

Take out the soaked potato slices, gently absorb the water from the surface with kitchen paper, roll them into a small grilled sausage, and then fix them with a toothpick.

30 small sausages and potato chips are skewered together with toothpicks.

Brush the surface with a thin layer of olive oil and arrange evenly in the frying basket.

Preheat the chef's steam oven in advance, select the air frying function, 180 degrees, 20 minutes. Once the preheating prompt sounds, place the skewered potato sausages in the steaming oven.

After baking for 10 minutes, the potato sausages can be turned over to heat more evenly.

When the prompt sounds, the potato roll sausage is cooked.

Finally, sprinkle with barbecue ingredients, and the fragrant potato roll sausage is ready, one bite at a time, super delicious!
