Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and salt, whisk well with a manual whisk or chopsticks, beat as well as possible and beat in some air.

Turn on low heat and add butter to a nonstick pan to melt slowly. Pour in the egg mixture.

Stir-fry the bottom of the egg until it is completely curdled and placed on a plate.

Cut the bottom of the ham sausage into a six-petal knife as shown. Put water in a small pot and put the ham sausage in when the water boils. Cook until the knife is rolled up.

Place the ham sausage boiled in the shape of a small octopus on top of the scrambled egg. You can use black sesame seeds to make small octopus eyes.
