Then add salt, green onions, 4 slices of ginger, star anise, cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, dried chili peppers, and bay leaves and stir-fry until fragrant!
Then add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry a few times to color, then add about 850ml of boiling water.
Note: Each condiment has different salt content, which can be flexibly adjusted according to your taste preferences, and everyone's taste is different. -
Pour in hot boiling water and bring to a boil, turn off the heat, then pour it all into an electric pressure cooker and simmer.
Note: It is also possible to stew directly in the wok, but the amount of water must be increased, and sometimes it will be stewed directly in the wok, and it takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to stew in an ordinary pot. -
Pour the soybeans that have been soaked two hours in advance into the electric pressure cooker, and then pour all the pig's trotters and soup into the electric pressure cooker.

After pouring the pig's trotters in the wok into the electric pressure cooker, adjust the knob to the pig's trotter gear for 30 minutes, and then keep the pressure for about 20 minutes.
