Ingredients
Cooking Instructions

Wash the spinach and cut the roots and set aside

Wash and tear enoki mushrooms into small strips for later use

Finely chop the garlic and set aside

Cut the millet pepper into rings and set aside

Cut the shallots into rings and set aside

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat

Blanch the enoki mushrooms for 2 minutes

Remove the cool water

Blanch the spinach for 1 minute

Remove the cool water

Drain dry

Put oil in a pan and turn on high heat

Heat the oil and fry the minced garlic and millet pepper for 1 minute

Place shallots in a pot

Pour hot oil over the shallots

Add a spoonful of salt
-
A spoonful of sugar
-
A spoonful of light soy sauce
-
Two spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar

A spoonful of sesame oil

Mix well and serve
