Stewed pork ribs with radish - lazy soup in autumn and winter
Super simple stew. As the old saying goes, eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, and you don't need a doctor to prescribe medicine. It's really comfortable to drink radish soup in winter. My method is lazy, radish and pork ribs stewed together, add a little pepper and salt before cooking, super fragrant!

Three fist-sized turnips, washed and diced.

Two green onions, four slices of ginger.

Pork ribs under cold water, add a spoonful of cooking wine, boil the water for a minute or two, remove the ribs after boiling out the foam, rinse them with hot water, and set aside.

It is best to use a casserole or ceramic pot for stewed soup, which is easy to stew until it is crispy, and if you don't have it, you can choose a pressure cooker or rice cooker. Put the pork ribs, radish, green onion and ginger together in the pot. Heat the water.

I simmered in a casserole for about an hour, and the radish melted in my mouth, and the ribs could be easily deboned and crispy. When it is almost out of the pan, put a teaspoon of white pepper, a teaspoon of salt, and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion. Fragrant!
