White radish egg soup ~ a simple and quick dish that is perfect for cleaning up leftovers in the refrigerator!
Recently, I have been eating dishes in the refrigerator, and I have consumed them and gone home for the New Year! Two days ago, there was still half a white radish left in the stew, just to make a soup, seasoning only with white pepper and salt, to make fresh and sweet, protein supplement with eggs and some frozen seafood, a super simple and fast dish!

First boil a pot of water, the ingredients are processed as shown in the picture, the dried shrimp is washed and soaked, the radish is thinly sliced, and the eggs can be beaten first or directly into the pot
