Yellow stewed sauce:
soybean paste 45g + oyster sauce 30g + hoisin sauce 15g + light soy sauce 30g + dark soy sauce 15g + cooking wine 15g + sugar 10g + thirteen spices 1g

soak dried shiitake mushrooms until soft.
Chop the chicken into 3-5cm pieces, pot under cold water, add green onion and ginger cooking wine, boil for another 3 minutes, remove the chicken pieces, wash and drain. -
